This has an independent classical and traditional Japanese garden and century-old Japanese architecture, allowing you to still experience a comfortable life in city. The entire house has been renovated in August 2024, we have equipped you with decorations, appliances and furniture that are convenient for your life. It is 4min away from the nearest subway station and surrounded by bustling shopping streets. There are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, convenience stores and other living facilities.

Koeda House is just a 3-minute walk from Fuda Station and 6 minutes from Chofu Station. Direct buses run between Chofu and Haneda & Narita Airports and Tokyo Disney Resort. From Chofu, it’s just 4 stops(18 minutes) to Shinjuku by express train and 22 minutes to Shibuya. A calm, green area with convenient access to Shinjuku. I’m originally from Kyoto and have lived in this area for many years. As a local host living nearby, I’m always happy to be there if you need any help during your stay.
