Bright, clean, modern bachelor suite located in a quiet neighbourhood in Central Saanich. Separate entrance with a patio to enjoy sitting outside. Parking, wifi, cable included. Close to the airport & B.C. ferries! Grocery stores, parks, farmers markets, restaurants, & Butchart Gardens are all less than a 10 min. drive. Victoria, Sidney, and the ocean are all within about 20 mins. Elk Lake is a 10 min. drive where you can enjoy the beach or walk around the beautiful 10 K path around the lake.

Surrounded by nature in a peaceful residential community less than 30 minutes to downtown Victoria, with the conveniences of charming Sidney just 10 minutes away. For travelers or mainland commuters, Victoria International Airport and the Swartz Bay ferry terminal are just moments away. Very close proximity to the ocean, Butchart Gardens, hiking, beaches and lakes. Only 25 minutes to downtown.

Enjoy forest views from both comfortable lofts, easily accessed by stairs. Relax on the comfy couch by the large picture window or warm up by the electric fireplace. With a table for two and a dedicated workspace, it’s perfect for work or leisure. An unforgettable getaway awaits! (Not suited for people with mobility challenges.)

Marina boathouse

The care takers pier house is the most unique way to embrace Brentwood Bay . Being the oldest private marina in BC you will sense its rich history on the walls of the house. On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .

Garden Suite 15 min to Victoria, airport, ferries

Newly built 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house located 15 minutes north of Victoria and 10 minutes south of Victoria International Airport. There is room for the entire family with 3 full sized bedrooms each with a queen bed. In the kitchen you'll find stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Lots of amenities for families including a PS4, 4K TVs, games and toys for boys and girls as well as a full sized dining room with room for everyone including your pets.

Ocean Front Retreat with Stunning Water Views

The Boathouse is perfect for couples seeking a romantic retreat or solo travelers wanting to unplug and recharge their batteries. This 1 bedroom cottage is nestled on the hillside at the water’s edge. As you walk the steps down to the private cottage take in the panoramic ocean views. It has recently been renovated from top to bottom. *Please note that a new house is being built next door, so there may be residential construction noise during the day.

Enjoy a comfortable stay in our cozy and spacious pet-friendly guest house. A private 1,100 sq. ft. retreat, perfectly nestled in a peaceful country setting. Whether you're here to relax or explore, you'll be close to Butchart Gardens, lakes, hiking and mountain biking trails, with downtown Victoria just a 25-minute drive away. We live on-site with our 7 donkeys, 2 friendly dogs, and chickens. You're welcome to meet them during your stay!
