You will stay in a south-West oriented corner apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You enter a spacious living room via the hallway with its fitted wardrobes, a safe and a small desk. Watch your favourite shows, sports and movies on the 50" Samsung smart HDTV from a comfortable sofa that you can convert into a large bed. Further, at the sliding windows, you can lounge with a book on the Balinese sunbed or watch what is going on on the paseo. Relax in the seating area while enjoying the view over the meditteranean sea while sipping a beverage. Easily prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen with built-in appliances and all the cookware and cutlery you need. Enjoy your culinary creations in the dining area. Very nice to have is the Grohe "pure" water tap that provides filtered water: no more lugging bottles around Luxuriate in the comfort of the master bedroom's king-size bed and the convenience of black-out curtains, shutters and ensuite with walk-in shower. Fall into a rejuvenating sleep on the soft matrasses with topper, special memory foam pillows, high-quality bed textiles, duvet and ironed sheets. You will keep cool with the airconditioning or the ceiling ventilator in the bedrooms. You will find the second bedroom with 2 single beds on the other side of the apartment. You can pull out 2 more single beds. You will have the same comfort as in the other bedroom bacause your sleep is important. There is free parking in front of and around the building. It is possible to host 4 adults and 4 children: please ask for it. For longer stays (as from 2 weeks) we leave 1 extra change of linnen and towels. Extra cleaning during your stay on availablitiy: 80€. No parties nor noise at night.

Välkommen till denna magnifika takvåning med panoramautsikt som har allt! Nyrenoverad och i toppskick! En rymlig hörnvåning med ett stort vardagsrum och två stora sovrum, där alla rum har utgång till den generösa terrassen, i sydväst läge. Fullt utrustat kök. Två badrum som båda har dusch med ”vattenfall”. Direkt när du kommer in i denna takvåning så ser du den vackra havsutsikten. Det rymliga vardagsrummet flödar i ljus från en hel fönstervägg med helglasade fönsterdörrar ut mot terrassen. Vardagsrummet rymmer både en stor bäddsoffa, två bekväma fåtöljer och matgrupp för upp till 6 personer. Vardagsrummet har en stor (55 tums) Smart-TV, med inbyggd Chromecast. Från vardagsrummet kommer man till köket som också har en stor helglasad fönsterdörr ut till terrassen. Köket har mycket bänkytor och är fullt utrustat med ugn, häll, fläkt, kaffemaskin, micro, diskmaskin, kylskåp och frys. Här finns även tvättmaskin. Terrassen som går i vinkel längs med hela lägenheten är mycket rymlig och har stora fönsterdörrar till alla rum och köket. Terrassen rymmer två soffgrupper med bord. Dessutom finns en matplats och en solsäng på den generösa terrassen. En stor terrass att verkligen njuta av! Sedan finns en separat sovrumsavdelning med två sovrum och två badrum. Båda sovrummen har dubbelsängar och utsikt över staden, bergen och Plaza Costa del Sol. Det ena sovrummet har en säng som är 180 cm bred och går att separera till två sängar. Det stora sovrummet har även en extra TV med Chromecast och en bekväm arbetsplats. Det andra sovrummet har en säng som är 160 cm bred. Båda sovrummen har gott om plats för klädförvaring. Det större badrummet har dessutom en bred dusch på 150 cm "walk-in-shower" och en kommod med en spegel med dimbar belysning. Städskåp finns med allt man kan behöva. Lägenheten har Wi-Fi med hög hastighet via fiber. Perfekt om du vill arbeta, eller streama film och musik. Denna takvåning som dessutom är en hörnvåning, har alla bekvämligheter du behöver för en perfekt semester! Hela lägenheten är till gästens förfogande.
