Splendid apartment in a fine Art Deco building of the 1920s. Ideally located in the heart of the historic district, close to the Porta Susa train station and next to an open air market, with cafés and restaurants. Museums are a 10 minute walk down a main pedestrian street. On the 4th floor with elevator, it consists of an ample living area with kitchen and balcony, three bedrooms (one suite) with balconies, the whole highlighting the works of our grandfather, a noted sculptor, and other artists.

Comodo per i mezzi pubblici ed il Centro Città. Con una passeggiata lungo le rive del Po si può arrivare anche a piedi in piazza San Carlo, piazza Castello e piazza Vittorio.

Sogni un risveglio nella quiete, con la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto, in un patio privato e di alloggiare in una borgata di Moncalieri, a pochi minuti da Torino? Il nostro loft può ospitare 4 persone: le due camere e i due bagni garantiscono privacy e relax. La zona è tranquilla e il parcheggio sempre disponibile. A piedi puoi raggiungere due supermercati, una panetteria e un ristorante. Autobus a 350 m. Animali benvenuti, purché non siano mai lasciati soli nel loft o in giardino.

La casa di Mauro, recentemente ristrutturata, si trova nel centro storico di Moncalieri e offre comodità e vicinanza a Torino. L'appartamento è raggiungibile con treno, bus e auto ( a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, 5 minuti dalle fermate degli autobus). Nei dintorni parcheggi liberi e a 5 minuti a pagamento al coperto. La casa dista 300 mt dall'ospedale di Moncalieri. E' perfetto per fare delle passeggiate nelle colline e scoprire borghi e cantine delle Langhe e del Roero.
