Villa NARESTE is a traditional, Dalmatian stone house that we revived to let our guests relax in a quiet natural idyll, away from crowded places and noisy roads. This duplex villa with Infinity pool (running edge) with heating is inviting you to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. Fully air-conditioned property with video surveillance. Villa offers accommodation for 6 persons in spacious bedrooms. All the rooms in the villa have a beautiful view of the sea and islands.

Our property consist of 3 bedrooms for up to 6 persons, big living room and dinning area with an fully equipped kitchen. Then you need just one step outside to enjoy wonderful seaview next to the pool. Behind the house we have nice kids playground and wonderful barbecue/dinning area. Maximum privacy but still close enough (1,5km) to all local attractions like beaches, bars and restaurants.

10 beds for adults. 3 extra beds - one couch/sofabed for one adult, one couch/sofabed for two adults. Size of the house is 300 m2. The ground floor, with a summer kitchen, two tables for + 10 people, a billiard room and a sauna, is absolutely connected to the outside area where there is a swimming pool, table tennis, volleyball court, trampoline, swing, deckchairs and lots of trees and plants. All with huge southern terraces. Just under i have second house so full accomodation can be about 35 people. Great for big groups !!!
