Hummingbird Oceanside Suites: The Modern Cabin

OCEAN & MOUNTAIN VIEWS w/ PRIVATE HOT TUB & SHARED WOOD BARREL SAUNA The cabin is a beautiful spot to relax with friends and family, with its huge windows that provide sweeping views of West Van, North Shore Mountains and the Howe Sound. The cabin is 1,000 sq.ft. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room w/ sofa bed, full kitchen, large patio, and private hot tub. Sleeps 4 adults & 2 kids. Come for some private seclusion away from the chaos of the city. This exclusive, stand alone retreat situated on 13.5 secluded acres has all those things city folk are looking for in a getaway. Panoramic ocean and mountain views from several decks, babbling brooks, forest bathing and even a beautiful Japanese Zen garden and fruit orchard. Organic Carina toiletries are also provided. You can bbque looking out over the ocean and mountains. A guaranteed way in which to get away from everything.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There are two large sun-filled bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen, dinning room and living room. There’s also a third bedroom with a sofa bed for a 5th person or use it as a kids room ( we have portable crib/pack n play, a bassinet and a toddler's matresd). All rooms overlook the gardens with mountain and ocean views. This is a self contained suite in the first level of the house we live on the second floor.

Our place is at UBC and close to the airport, parks, arts and culture venues, and great views. Private garden entry. A great place for those coming to UBC for a conference or meeting. If you enjoy running or walks in a park environment and taking advantage of great local cafes and bistros you will love this small suite. Our place is small, quiet & cozy: perfect for visiting UBC. Our cozy character home with the taste of modern interior is located in the heart of beautiful West Point Grey. We are one block from 10th Ave shops, bus lines, and a 5-minute bus ride to UBC. We are 20 minutes from Jericho Beach. There are two well-designed bedrooms. One with a queen bed, the other one with a twin bed. The sitting room is well appointed with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The second & third floors of the house aren't accessible for the guests.

This is a well laid out basement suite that is located right on the ocean as you step out the door. We are minutes from UBC and shops on 4th Avenue. We have one private bedroom,living room and kitchenette with bar frig, sink, microwave, coffee-maker, induction hot plate and toaster oven. We have lots of closet space, and a large bathroom with a steam room. You will also have access to our hot tub with a beautiful view of the ocean during summer months.
