Mooi appartement op schitterende plek aan water.

Mooi vakantieverblijf op een schitterende locatie aan het water, en toch maar 15 minuten van Amsterdam. Het maakt onderdeel uit van onze eigen woning, maar is een zelfstandige wooneenheid, heeft prachtig uitzicht, zowel voor op het water, en achter op tuin. Het ligt aan een zeer rustig weggetje waar nog ca 20 andere vrijstande huizen aan liggen. De rivier de Vecht is heerlijk om in te zwemmen, schoon helder water, en natuurlijk op te varen. Er is een kleine roeiboot aanwezig en 2 kano's.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze comfortabele en eenvoudige ruimte. U zit binnen 2minuten lopen aan een groot schoon zwemmeer. Het is ook fijn wandelen om het meer. S'nachts hoort u niks behalve soms een uil. En verder is er op loopafstand een prachtig sauna complex Thermen Maarssen. In de tuin is er ook een prive sauna. Als u daarvan gebruik wilt maken vragen wij een toeslag. Het Terras is nog niet gelegd voor de sauna, het werk is in volle gang. Daarover meer in de verdere beschrijving.

Slapen op historisch vrachtschip in Vreeswijk

Welkom bij ons aan boord van het historisch vrachtschip de Buiten Verwachting. De ruimte van de Airbnb is de oude schipperswoning (roef) en de stuurhut met eigen ingang en geheel privé. In de stuurhut kun je heerlijk ontbijten of een boekje lezen met uitzicht over het water en de haven. De roef is modern ingericht als een studio en slim voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf. Ook de hond is welkom aan boord. Ons schip ligt in het mooiste stukje Nieuwegein: Vreeswijk.

Prachtige locatie aan de dijk pal naast Werk aan het Spoel in boerderij ’t Spoel! Waanzinnig uitzicht op een steenworp van strandjes aan de Lek. Eet en relax op struikelafstand bij onze buren van Caatje aan de Lek of brouwerij Duits & Lauret - beide forten van de Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie (UNESCO erfgoed) of de Witte Schuur. Geniet fietsend en wandelend van fantastische vergezichten vanaf Goilberdingerdijk en Diefdijk. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers en 2 extra bedden op de overloop.

The spacious apartment is fully equipped and is located on the beautiful Vinkeveense Lake. The apartment has two roof terraces, on the large roof terrace there is a Jacuzzi and barbecue. It is a clean, luxurious and stylishly furnished apartment with a very relaxed vibe. Inside, all areas are air-conditioned. There is secure parking for your car and two moorings for your boat. It is very centrally located, 10 minutes from Amsterdam, also a trainstation nearby in Abcoude.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in dit net opgeknapte gezellige kleine waterhuisje. Neem een duik in het zwemwater of gooi je hengel uit. Douche lekker af onder de luxe buitendouche met warm & koud water. En daarna heerlijk BBQ-en. Er is een kleine buitenkeuken met warm & koud water. Als de avonden wat frisser zijn, steek je de houtkachel lekker aan. Optioneel kun je een leuk boottochtje maken op de plas, wij verhuren de boot met een krachtige elektrische fluistermotor.

Lovely holiday home at the beautiful Buitenborgh recreation park by the water. Swimming, boating, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, and enjoying the sun is our motto. Amsterdam and other Randstad cities are easily accessible by car. Public transport is located a little further away; there is a bus stop about 1 km walk/bike ride away, and a train station is 4 km walk/bike ride away. Having your own transport is recommended and parking is available in Abcoude.
