This comfortable, clean, bright and spacious apartment is located at the most beautiful canal in the historic heart of Utrecht and within walking distance of all sights. It's the whole top floor of our characteristic, monumental house dating from 1475 and it has a great view over the canal from the living room. You can use the peaceful terrace next to the canal for your breakfast or drinks. You will love this special medieval place, so typical of Utrecht! It is the perfect home away from home.

It is located in a quiet street, within walking distance of shops, forests and heath and near the Lakes of Loosdrecht. It is 30 minutes by car to Amsterdam, Utrecht and Schiphol. Public transport takes approximately one hour (return possible untill 23 hrs). The house is suitable for a family or couples, not for groups of young people.

Mondriaan heeft veel in deze omgeving geschilderd. Ons gastenverblijf voor twee personen staat achter het oude Tolhuis aan het Velterslaantje. Het is een zelfstandig huisje met eenvoudige keuken, woonkamer en badkamer met regendouche. Het huisje heeft vloerverwarming. Een houten trap leidt naar de slaapverdieping.

En dat is exact het gevoel dat wij u graag willen geven. Onze karakteristieke hooischuur anno 2018 is van vele gemakken voorzien en geeft je de mogelijkheid om aan de drukte van alledag te ontsnappen.

Koetshuis ’t Bolletje is een sfeervol, vrijstaand verblijf op het opengestelde NSW-landgoed De Bol op Redichem, onderdeel van het 17e-eeuwse wandelpark ’t Rondeel. Het verblijf draagt bij aan de instandhouding en het beheer van het natuurschoon, en is beschikbaar als tijdelijke accommodatie voor wandelaars en natuurliefhebbers. It can be closed off and you'll have all the privacy you'll need. But, I live downstairs and we share the frontdoor & hallway during your stay, so it is not a place for parties and loud groups.
