This is the full ground level and privacy fenced backyard with pool of a home. There is an upstairs apt for use by owners only with zero shared spaces/connection between levels. ALL PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED BY CONTACTING OWNER, FEE TBD.

Please note, this is not a "party house" for large groups. It is able to accommodate 10 -12 people but is not set up to host large parties.

Enjoy a great location within walking distance to the Fishing Center boat ramp and bait camp as well as the Hurricane Junction restaurant. Other restaurants and shops are just a short drive away. Parking is limited to three vehicles. Trailer parking is prohibited at the condo. Offsite trailer parking is available near the office.
