Our place is close to the small town of Lezay, 3 minute drive, where you can find all your amenities. You'll love our place because we have alot of activities, free bikes, canoes, swimming pool, football, petanque, swings, and slides. We also have indoor activities, table football, ping pong, pool table and lots of toys and games. We are surrounded by alot of natural beauty. All our rooms are bright, clean and spacious. We do have 2 self catering gites that you can rent for larger famillies.

On site : tennis court, basket ball, table tennis, paddle to have fun on the pond, bicycles...

Op loopafstand (ca.600m) de rivier Le Gartempe waar genoeg plekjes zijn om een frisse duik te nemen. De fietser kan ook zijn hart ophalen. Voor de mountainbiker (eventueel beschikbaar), tourfietser en recreatiefietser zijn er ontelbare mogelijkheden door de bossen, langs de rivier of door het landschap. Voor de wandelaars onder ons zijn de mogelijkheden te over. Voor de paardrijders is er een manege op een paar kilometer. Voor cultuur en ontspanning in de buurt raad ik Ivo's reisgids aan.

Parking face maison. 3 mns de Chauvigny, 30 min du futuroscope, 10 min de Civaux. Accès bord de rivière. A savoir: le tarif est en fonction des chambres occupées : 1 chambre : 50 euros, 2 chambres : 80 euros 3 chambres 90 euros, les draps et taies d'oreiller sont fournis à partir de 3 nuitées. Serviettes de toilette fournies.

La maison Carré - romantisch huis aan rivier, 2p

Het voormalige veerhuis werd volledig gerestaureerd en verbouwd tot vakantiehuis voor 2 personen, sinds juli 2022. Schitterende setting naast de rivier, l' Anglin, met zicht op de brug, het château en het dorp Angles-sur-l'Anglin. Het huis heeft een eigen tuin en er is een privé-strand op het domein. De barque ligt klaar op de rivier, heerlijk zwemmen voor de deur of verderop aan de Moulin de Remerle of de Moulin du Pré.

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.

taper: Moulin de Preuillé situé dans un lieu calme et reposant. Séjour en pierre apparente typique du Poitou. 4 Chambres , 1 salle bain avec douche à l’italienne .Terrasse et barbecue. Barque et canoë. A 300m de la ferme en passant sur une île qui n'est pas dans la location, par une passerelle privé, vous trouverez une zone boisée avec des prairie bordé par la rivière à truite et Loutre.
