There is also a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two in the living area if you need to accommodate a couple of extra friends/family. It’s not constant, and the level and duration vary, but so far it has been brief and infrequent, and the works are not expected to continue for long. We don’t anticipate this having a significant impact on your stay, but we felt it was fair to keep you informed though this situation is unfortunately outside our control.
