Il piano terra è costituito da ampio soggiorno, cucina completa, camera matrimoniale, grande bagno con doccia, vasca e lavatrice; al piano superiore si trovano un soppalco, due camere matrimoniali e un altro bagno con ampia doccia. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
