Step outside and find the beach right below the villa. 🏡 With 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and a private pool, it's built for families or groups, sleeping up to 14 guests. 📌 Restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy, and supermarkets are just 5 minutes away, so you have everything you need close by.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. House is located about 2km from Valdanos beach and about 700m from center of the Ulcinj. Valdanos and olive trees are place of positive clean energy, an unbeatable source of activities, a divine area where we can breath in clean fresh air, listen to the wind, admire natural beauties, go for a walk, swim, ride a bicycle or sail around the Old town and nearby bays in a little boat and learn how beautiful it is to be nature’s friend.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Apartment Tatjana is seafront accommodation with a private infinity pool situated in precious natural environment. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

Underneath a beautiful mountain of Rumija, near the walls of old town of Bar, there is a place Turcini. In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.

Apartments Vukmanovic located on one of the most beautiful locetions in the city with panoramic view of the sea, city beach and view of the Fortress of the Old Town. Stairs leading directly from the apartment to the beach and the city promenade, so guests have a wide choice of restaurants, shops and anemities in just a few minutes walk.

Olive cabin

We still don’t have the pictures of this cabin so I put the photos of the neighbouring one as they are very similar inside and exactly the same outside. The Olive cabin is more in the open and has a view from the hill top.
