House Nikol is located in a quiet forested area on the outskirts of the nature reserve called Rt Kamenjak near the Pula. We cannot emphasise enought the seclusion of this accommodation,you will have no neighbours,no traffic noises,just natural surroundings and tranquility. House is located only about 100m from the sea and about 700m to the nearest beach. The local supermarket (bank,cafes,phatmacy,etc..),are 800m away. Apartment Vin is located in a small quiet place Vinkuran not far from Pula. Our apartment is just few steps from Soline bay, 350 meters from the sea. You can reach the nearest beach on foot in 10 min. Soline Bay is ideal for lovers of kayaking or paddling. Three smaller islands with beautiful beaches and clear sea are available nearby. Only five hundred meters from the apartment is the nearest bar where you can drink coffee or eat toast in the morning. You can also rent a motorboat there.

Prostor je klimatiziran (dva klima uređaja, jedan u blagovaoni drugi u glavnoj spavaćoj sobi) te se klimatizacija ne naplaćuje posebno. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan Wi Fi. Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...).
