The barn is detached and totally separate from our home with the apartment being the only dwelling within the building. Set in over one acre of mature gardens and including a fully stocked fishing lake for your pleasure included in your stay. It also benefits from a private patio area overlooking open countryside and woodland attracting a wide variety of birdlife

Local attractions include Epworth Old Rectory museum, The Trolley Bus museum and The Yorkshire Wildlife Park.
