We love making our place feel extra cozy for the holidays and can’t wait to host you this winter! Our Cottage is a standalone guest house situated on our 4-acre property. Away from the main house, It offers ample privacy. The loft bedroom (not childproof) can be reached via an easy-to-climb staircase. The KING SIZE bed ensures a restful night and is perfect for a lazy morning. Features include a kitchenette, electric fireplace, BBQ, outdoor fire pit (with wood), covered patio, and a smart TV.

Come enjoy our newly renovated beach house! Sit on the adirondack chairs on the front porch and read a book or BBQ on the back deck. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
