A modern cabin on a half-acre with a refined rustic element. There are lots of amenities like a gas grill, arcade games, corn-hole, and more. Many people in our area would call this their “camp,” a place to sit by a campfire or curl up on the couch for a nap. The cabin has three bedrooms, a fully operational kitchen, and a full bathroom. Patchen Hill Farm House, Tree Farm & Arboretum is a wonderful old farm house on 120 acres with a barn, apple orchards, berry bushes, forests, trails, ponds & hardwood trees. The house has four bed rooms with additional sitting room, living room, dining room, laundry room, game room, kitchen with kitchen dinning nook. It's a wonderful old house with charm and vintage appeal. Rent the whole house. There is hiking, fishing, berry/apple picking, and more. Great for families & friends. Pet friendly.

Nestled right between Tidioute and Warren, our cabin is close to many sites within the National Forest: Buckaloons, Heart's Content, Rocky Gap, etc. There's also a great view of Crull's Island, a 96 acre paradise within the Allegheny Wilderness Area. Be on the lookout for heron, osprey, waterfowl, deer, and the amazing bald eagle!
