Sit on the porch overlooking the pond, cow & horse pasture. At night sit around the fire pit and gaze at the stars! We look forward to hosting you!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A three-bedroom, two-bath, home situated on 4 acres of wooded property with a pond awaits! Perfect for the Quilt Show, Corporate Rentals, temporary relocation accommodation, etc. A complete renovation was completed in 2021 with all new furniture and appliances. The Fish Camp is peaceful and well-appointed. There is a volleyball net as well as a 4 hole disk golf course! Also just added RV Electric and water featuring 50, 30, and 20 amp service.

Rosie's Retreat new w outdoor kitchen & fire pit!

Completely refurbished and modernized, Rosie's Retreat has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, large closet, and fireplace. There is additional sleeping space for 2 on the queen sectional/sofa bed and 1-2 more on the futon in the dressing room! Rosie's has 1 full bathroom, but an additional spacious dressing room with lots of mirrors and more. Rosie's has a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a grill, large fire pit, and plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs for hanging out!

The Hillandale Farmhouse — single-level, ramp entry, room to breathe on a working Kentucky farm. Built for comfort, ease, and real living, this spacious home offers wide doorways and an accessible primary suite with a low-curb shower. The layout gives families and groups room to spread out, backed by a fully stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer near the main entrance, and ample truck and trailer parking for work crews, hunters, and longer stays. Any pets must be noted in the reservation.

Pops Cabin

Conveniently located approx 5 miles west of Paris. Pops Cabin, is located on our small 16 acre (work in progress) hobby farm of goats, chickens, 2 farm friendly dogs and occasionally a cat or 2 can be observed. :) You get the cabin all to yourself and It comes with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, a front porch to sit down and relax. Yard space available for children to play in. We are a working farm. Pets are allowed under certain conditions, along with a 40 pet fee per animal.

Gated Country Retreat with Lakeview - Sleeps 9+

This rustic lakeside home boasts 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, and an upstairs bonus room. Country living now with high speed fiber internet! Ideal for large families or a small sports team! SO CLOSE TO UTM! Private basement apartment (with separate private entrance ) inside our own personal residence, perfect for a clean & quiet night's stay. We are located just a 1/4 mile from UTM's campus on 26 private acres. We love our campus here and have great relationships with many of the programs there! If traveling for other reasons, we are from Martin and glad that you are visiting our community!

The Peery House is our family home-place, built circa 1900, transformed into a quaint Airbnb. It is located on our farm, Springhill Family Farms in Western KY and is a great place for someone looking to get away from the busyness of life, looking for rest and relaxation or just looking for a unique, little farmhouse while passing through the area.
