This home also has washer and dryer area and a dedicated work space in same room.

Kick back and relax in this cute home on a farm! Sleeps 4 with two bedrooms, each has a king bed and a Roku tv. 3 miles from the center of Waynesburg PA. It is in a great location if you are headed to town for a Waynesburg University sporting event or attending an event at the nearby Valley View Farm venue! This home is also only 25 minutes to Morgantown WV. No smoking. WiFi might be spotty because of rural location. Dog friendly with pet fee of $50 per day. 1 dog allowed up to 30 lbs.

The Scenic Lodge

The Scenic Lodge has 700sf of decking with breathtaking views.  The spacious great room is perfect for a quiet getaway or family reunion. The chef’s kitchen has a 48” Zline gas stove, double oven, cast iron cookware and anything you need.  There is a gas grill for your use. The downstairs gameroom has something to entertain all ages.  The base rate is for up to 6 people. There are additional fees calculated in the reservation for additional guests up to the max 13 guests.

Views of woods & fields, but close to numerous restaurants, parks & walking trails, & TRAX Farms. The Trolley to Pittsburgh is two minutes away. Trillium Acres Hilltop is next door and Trillium Acres Guest House is a short walk through the woods next door, for larger groups needing more accommodation.
