Relax after a day at the dunes in this quiet home at the edge of town. It's a 3-1/2 mile drive to the dunes. With a permit from the city, you can drive your ATV right to the park! This two-bedroom, one-bath home has excellent central air and heat and ceiling fans. One bedroom offers a queen bed and the second has two twin beds. The sofa opens into a queen-size bed. We added a new stackable washer and dryer—perfect for small loads. Plenty of parking in the back for your truck, trailer, and ATV.

Nanna and Pops Place

Relax with the whole family at this comfortable residential home accommodating 12 guests. Each of the 3 bedrooms contain a queen-sized bed . The living room is equipped with 1 queen-sized sofa bed while the den has 2 queen-sized sofa beds. The home has two bathrooms each with a shower. The fully equipped modern kitchen is supplied with all the conveniences of home. A grill is provided along with plenty of parking, including use of a single-car garage. ATV accessible to dunes with city permit.

We’re just a 5-minute walk to downtown Waynoka's convenience store, restaurants, and shops, and Little Sahara State Park is only a 5-minute drive away. With plenty of room for parking RVs, ATVs, and other toys; we offer a big covered front deck for sittin’ and tellin’ stories. Take advantage of a full kitchen to eat in, or head down to Waynoka’s Café Banhoff, for a 5-star Bavarian dinner.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and a quiet town close to the Salt Plains National Wildlife Refuge which provides birding, and beautiful views. There are many other interesting sites within a short drive; the perfect getaway.

Plenty of parking in front or in back of home for cars or trucks with trailers. Easy access. Will need to acquire annual $10 permit to drive 4-wheelers in area at City Hall, Zook’s Grocery Store, or Liquor Store. Beautiful open space, large kitchen, complete remodel of bathroom with large shower. New grill for outside use.

With one queen bed in each bedroom, you can sleep 8 comfortably. Curl up on the sectional couch and watch your favorite shows on Netflix and Hulu if you need a break from the dunes.
