The property will serve all your horse needs with (10) 14x20 covered horse pens with hay storage, (2) 30x30 pens, and a large arena. Features a full house with a large patio with a hot tub, grill, and dining area. Stunning mountain views with photo worthy sunrise and sunsets. A large yard for parking big rigs. This charming 760 sq ft casita on 3 acres, features a full kitchen with an abundance of knotty alder cabinets equipped with all the cooking essentials. The living room offers a reclining couch and 55 in tv. 2 bedrooms offer a Queen adjustable bed and two twin beds with a washer and dryer, 1 bathroom with walk in tile shower. Stay a night or week and enjoy what Wickenburg has to offer. Horse stalls and turnout areas are available with a separate fee from Casita rental.

The home is 1877 sq. ft. of living space and has a three car garage. Six large picture windows offer a view from within the house. We recently added a Smart TV. TV cable includes a sport package. Extended stay welcome. Please note that I do not have a BBQ nor grill.
