Trail M Horse Farm Guest House #4

This guest house is one half of a 2000 sq. ft home. The two halves are completely separated and each have their own front and back entrance, sharing only the front hallway to reach their front doors. Only this side of the duplex is available on Airbnb with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, washer/dryer and satellite TV. Large back divided patio for enjoyment and back yard. Perfect farm setting on a working horse farm. Pets are welcome but must abide by house rules

Newly remodeled cottage nestled in the trees features all the comforts of your home in the middle of paradise. Located with direct access to Lake Cowan this cottage is also located within walking distance to the main south beach, hiking trails, great fishing holes and numerous picnic pavilions. As for taking in the local activities the Cowan Sailing club, Cowan State Park and World Equestrian Center are all located less than 5 minutes drive.

College Street Cottage

Charming cottage within walking distance of the Wilmington College campus and conveniently located near many local attractions and landmarks. Two bedroom, one bathroom with full kitchen, dining room, living room, rear deck, and private drive. Amenities include WiFi, Roku TV's in bedrooms and living room, full sized refrigerator, washer and dryer, coffee bar, and many other comforts of home.

We love hosting families. If you are traveling with your kiddos, we don't charge extra for children 16 and under. We are a pet free rental.
