Our historic bungalow is in the quiet Five Points neighborhood, less than a mile from downtown Asheville and less than 1/2 mile to UNCA campus. There is a keypad private entry to this walk-out suite. Guests can access the yard and gardens, a covered porch with a swing bed, and an outdoor dining area. There is off-street parking. Walkers enjoy proximity to downtown, the Botanical Gardens, the Reed Creek Greenway, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. There is also sauna/cold plunge availability.

Rising House is located just behind and above our cozy Barnardsville home, a spacious eco-conscious guest house with private, handcrafted cedar sauna. Nestled between two beautiful mountain ranges with a gorgeous creek that you can hear anywhere on the property. Just outside of Asheville, this getaway is perfect for couples or small families. The space is light, quiet, and cozy and we’ve used it as a retreat and healing space. Come enjoy some of the cleanest water and reset your vibe!

The Understory: Cabin with Outdoor Tub and Sauna

Welcome to The Understory. Nestled deep in the rhododendron covered woods, this romantic hand-crafted tiny home offers you a peaceful and memorable stay just 15 minutes from both Asheville and Black Mountain. The comfortable living space includes a rain shower, king sized bed in a lofted sleeping area, cozy wood stove and a full kitchen. Surrounding the cabin is a large deck with a table and chairs, a luxurious soaking bathtub, and a patio equipped with a fire pit and propane grill.

Nestled on a hillside in the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Hickory Hilltop Hideaway offers a peaceful escape just minutes from all that Asheville has to offer. Enjoy the barrel steam sauna, cozy accommodations, & a range of thoughtful amenities designed to make your stay as relaxing as possible. PSA: there are 2 other AirBnBs in the area so you may run into others. The property manager lives on property so if you need anything, reach out! We also have friendly goats in the backyard.

This unique place has a style all its own. Welcome to the StAy FrAme, a brand new home that is centrally located between Asheville and Black Mountain! Two bedrooms and one bathroom with a full kitchen. Catch the sunset from the hot tub or relax in the barrel sauna after a long hike! Enjoy cool mountain evenings in front of the gas fireplace or the solo stove on the patio! There is also a fenced yard for your furry friends-dogs only please ($75 pet fee)

Enjoy our beautiful spacious private guest apartment. Relax in our backyard full of surprises for kids: swing set, tree house and sand box. Lake Louise park is just 3 min of nice walk where you can find additional new playground, outdoor gym or just walk around the lake. Weaverville downtown with restaurants, brewery, bakery, local art shops, and Yoga studio is just 10 minutes of walk. Well behaved pets are always welcomed.
