Chale Bay Farm - Purbeck View

Purbeck View at Chale Bay Farm is an air-conditioned, family-friendly self-catering apartment with views out to the sea. The living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and combined washer/dryer and air-conditioned lounge/sun-room with large TV. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with sofa-bed or cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other adjacent apartments.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Converted Barn

Yafford Mill Barn is nestled within the beautiful countryside of the South West of the Island. Much of this beautiful coastal region is protected by the National Trust and is a wonderful walking area with both downland and woodland trails as well as coastal paths with dramatic views. The nearby village of Shorwell has a Public House and Village Shop and the larger village of Brighstone (3 min drive) is a picturesque spot with thatched cottages, a Public House, General Stores & a small museum.

WARM, COMFORTABLE, AMAZING LOCATION A super-cosy, rural getaway with an unbelievable view, set in the grounds of a medieval manor but feels private. Perfect for a family, a couple, friends. Looks out onto a lake and the downs. 10 mins to the coast, within 30 mins to anywhere on the island - village pubs, seaside towns, foodie restaurants, beaches, adventure parks, castles, cliff-top walks. An incredibly peaceful and restorative haven for 2 to 4 people. A very tranquil yet very handy location.

The Hayloft at Moor Farm

One of four beautifully restored barn conversions available within Moor farm IOW, set in idyllic countryside only 1/2 mile from the picturesque village of Godshill. Get away from it all, with walks & a cycle path literally on your doorstep! On the farm we have poultry & pigs, which provide wholesome entertainment for children and adults alike! The cottage is well equipped, you have your own private garden & in the colder months you can get cosy indoors alongside the wood burning stove.

Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

Owl Bell Tent

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. A short walk to the local village pub and a 5 minute drive to beautiful beaches and forest walks. The Bell Tents are situated on our livestock farm in the heart of the village. Our spacious bell tents sleep 4 and include: 4 beds, bbq, 2 burner gas stove, pots and pans, utensils, cutlery and blankets. All you need to do is bring your own bedding. 2 toilets and showers on site, with clean water washing up facilities. NO ELECTRIC

Breakers Sound - Thatched Cottage with sea views

Breakers Sound is a detached, listed thatched cottage that sits within an acre of mature gardens with stunning sea views across the English Channel from most areas of the property. The historic village of St Lawrence sits within an area of outstanding natural beauty, with coastal and country walks on the doorstep of the cottage and easy access to many of the island's attractions. The vibrant town of Ventnor, with all its amenities, bars and restaurants, is a 5 minute drive away.

At the base of Rowridge Valley in the heart of the Isle of Wight countryside. You will find The Piglet, a great place to stay, relax and use as a base to explore the island. A cosy building with a sunny aspect and a private garden to the rear that overlooks the neighbouring countryside. Due to its location most of the island is accessible from here within a short drive. Explore the heritage castles & monuments, the beaches & surf, and family friendly parks throughout the island.

Foodies Heaven

A light and airy wooden chalet accessed by a path through a fully fenced orchard with seating and a fire pit ideal for catching the last of the evening sun. Dogs are welcome and can be walked within the 8 acres of farmland which extends to the Eastern River Yar and includes a wildlife pond. The chalet is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. If you’re lucky you’ll wake up to a Red Squirrel. 5 Pygmy goats in Sue’s garden next door are sure to amuse you.

Perfect cycling, walking and star gazing base

Tucked into the heart of an area of outstanding natural beauty, Fircones is a cosy, purpose built holiday cottage which looks out over beautiful farmland towards Hoy Monument. Short drive to some of the islands wonderful beaches. With a comfortable master bedroom with a double bed and twin beds in the second bedroom, Fircones is ideal for families, cyclists, walkers and anyone who enjoys escaping to the country. Short drive to Ventnor, Freshwater and Newport.

Peaceful, period cottage with amazing views.

Brook Cottage is a cosy, characterful cottage which you will have entirely to yourselves. It is located in the South West of the island, set in peaceful surroundings with uninterrupted views and many stunning walks to enjoy straight from the cottage door. There is a great pub in Shorwell which is about a mile away and an easy stroll. All the island attractions are easily accessible by car. If you are working on the island there’s a desk and speedy WiFi.
