The Lavender House in Yellow Springs

The Lavender House is walking distance from downtown Yellow Springs. The house has a comfy, lived in quality with brightly colored rooms. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, spices, condiments. There is a dining room, a full bath upstairs and a downstairs toilet. The living room/bedroom has a queen sized sleeper couch. There is a private back deck for outdoor dining and hanging out. Pets are welcome ($20 per pet) though the yard is not completely fenced in. You have complete privacy here.

You can fully relax and get immersed in nature; yet, it's just a couple of blocks to the nearby brewery and downtown. Need to stay longer? Our airbnb is near downtown Yellow Springs. Quiet Space in rear unit of duplex with a nice yard and trees. 650 square feet dedicated to customers. Walking distance to downtown, Antioch college, bike path and Glenn Helen reserve. Fully remodeled bath with heated marble floors. Newly renovated kitchen - vintage looking stove and new quartz counter. The house stylishly decorated with Pier One style and bicycle theme. Comfortable platform bed. K cups and basic kitchen essentials supplied.

The Cozy Cabin at The Armstrong Homestead

Originally built in 1940, caretaker's cabin is a quaint one bedroom suite complete with a full bath, microwave, mini fridge and coffee. Off road parking and a secluded entry makes the cabin perfect for a romantic or working getaway. Located next to the Osborn Historic District in the heart of Fairborn, the Armstrong Homestead is an easy stroll to the downtown shops and restaurants. Xenia Dr provides direct access to the main highways, making most of Dayton reachable in 30 min or less.

The English Cottage - Enchanting, 1 block to town

Possibly the most charming home in Yellow Springs, one block to downtown. No expense was spared in restoring and renovating this 1800's cottage, with charming iron pane windows, original wood floors, screened porch, and fireplace. We lovingly renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs ensuite bed and bath. Two queen beds, luxurious linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with Viking range, stainless steel appliances, & marble countertops. Not suitable for children under 12.

Ivory House by the Meadows

Relax with the whole family at this completely renovated, peaceful 1,950 square foot country get away. Three bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens). Sleeps 8 people WITH the use of an air mattress that is provided. A smart TV in the living room and another smart TV in one bedroom with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen, and high speed Wi-Fi. NO parties or rehearsal dinners. We know that there is a wedding venue in the vicinity and ask that all parties remain at the venue.

Guests will enjoy a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, and designated patio space all to themselves. Guests will enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and beautiful natural landscape with nearby biking or hiking trails. Grill out, make a fire, enjoy peaceful walk on the labyrinth and so much more.
