On water level, you'll find the living room with a smart TV, ambiance fireplace, and dining area. Through the sliding door, you'll reach the furnished, covered terrace with a dock. The entrance is on the first level, along with the open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, coffee pod machine, and microwave. There's also a storage room with a washer and dryer. On the second and third levels, you'll find 3 bedrooms with king-size beds and private ensuite bathrooms with rain showers. Additionally, there are 3 separate toilets in the villa. On the third level, there's a furnished rooftop terrace. (*provisioned summer 2022) The villa comes with 3 parking spaces, and you have complimentary Wi-Fi access. In the spacious garden there is an electric hot tub for extra relaxing. The area is beautiful for walking, boating, surfing, cycling, visiting towns and villages, etc. With four bedrooms (all of them with a double bed) and a fully equiped kitchen. This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
