Set in a low-density building with just two apartments per floor, it offers privacy and a relaxed residential feel. A wraparound balcony runs from the sea-facing front through to the rear, with direct access from two bedrooms, while floor-to-ceiling windows fill the apartment with natural light throughout the day.
