This apartment was freshly renovated and we did a new terrace. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.

There is a kitchen equipped with cooking station, fridge, all sorts of cookware, pans, kitchen tools and running hot water. The bathroom has been renovated and it has hot water whole year. Distance from the sea is only 20m.

Apartment is located in the first row next to the sea. Shop and restaurants are within a 3 min walk. Neighbouring village Čara is the area where famous Croatian wine Pošip is produced. Zavalatica is in the middle od the island, Korčula is 25 km away and Vela Luka 20 km. The sea is crystal clear, ideal for swimming, snorkeling and fishing. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.
