Ova iznimna kuća smjestila se u slijepoj ulici mirnog turističkog naselja grada Pule.Udaljena je 900 m od mora. Na glavnoj plazi Verudeli mozete unajmiti sportski teren za mini golf i badminton ,tenis ,surfanje pa čak i brod koji vuče padobran , vozi mali zrakoplov.Tamo se nalazi i ronilački klub.Isto tako na Verudeli je mjesto Bunarina odakle brod vozi svakih sat vremena za Fratarski otok. Izleti brodom: Otoci Brijuni ( nacionalni park )- polazi se brodom iz mjesta Fažane 5 km udaljenog od Pule, Putovanje u Zelenu i Plavu Istru(Vinska cesta- degustacija vina,agroturizam). Rovinj 30 km udaljen od Pule u kojem možete vidjeti Hrvatsku u malom gdje se nalazi i veliki akvarijum. Del mar is very stylish and confortable place for 3 people 70 m.from the beach and few min by foot from big Max city mall(buy groceries,drink a coffee,restaurants).Beautifull location who has everything that you need !Gym on the open area,volleyball &child playground is also 70 m from app.We have bakery,2 great restaurants,fast food and ice cream , bus station,dog beaches. Parking place is near the app. and it is for free.We have new ski-lift and beach bar on the water :-)
