Victorian House - 2 Bedroom- close to coastline

The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

Located in the heart of Lytham, a short 2 minute walk from all shops and restaurants. Lytham Green/Promenade are only a short stroll away. This is a modern 3 bedroom family home conveniently located near Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Free parking is available on the street and the train station is less than a five minute walk away. Inside this light and airy house there is a comfy lounge, dining room, well equipped kitchen and toilet / shower room on the ground floor. The stairs lead to two bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor and a double bedroom with en suite on the top floor. This is an ideal base while you explore!

All the fun of Blackpool is just a ten minute drive away and the trendy town of Lytham is just a 6 minute drive. You can bring one well behaved dog aswell!
