It is situated about 500m from the sea (airline distance). The house consists of 2 double bed rooms, a living room (with TV), a kitchen and a bathroom-on 1st floor and 2 double bed rooms (with TV), a bathroom and a small kitchen - on 2nd floor. Enjoy a peaceful holiday with beautiful views of the sea and islands and the magnificent mountain Biokovo.

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.
