The Boat House is a finely crafted tiny home designed like the warm hull of a boat, with wood beams and ocean views. Enjoy a cozy living space, full kitchen, fast WiFi, and bathroom. There are two lofts, a primary with a queen bed, accessed by a custom staircase, and a second with a double bed accessed by ladder. Welcome to “Point Beithe” (birch point in Gaelic). This beautiful home sits on its own point surrounded by 180° of Mira River waterfront age. You will also enjoy access to your own small private island that is connected by a shallow sand bar. Sit out on the large deck or floating dock to enjoy the views of the river, launch kayaks, paddle boards, and swim. We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.

Artist’s Eco Cabin - The Nest

The Nest is privately located overlooking our farm & highlands. It's rustic & glamorous with small touches that make it unique. The Nest sleeps four (second bed is a double futon) & has full cooking & washroom facilities. It's equipped with a wood stove, fridge, BBQ, & solar lights. Our quaint and cozy studio guesthouse is ideally located just minutes from Chimney Corner Beach and the world-famous Cabot Trail. We are just 20 minutes from Inverness and 30 minutes from Chéticamp, making it a convenient place to stay while exploring Cape Breton. The studio is a cozy place to rest and recharge during your travels, with everything you may need for a comfortable stay, including access to an oceanfront sauna. We look forward to welcoming you.

Complete with outdoor shower, private fire pit & outhouse. Only 7 mins to Baddeck. Walk 5 mins down a groomed trail to this incredible off-grid experience. There’s no electricity, so prepare to unplug!

Bothan Beag - Tiny House on the Water

Our 25’ x 8.5’ tiny house is situated on a beautiful secluded piece of ocean front property in Port Hood with a secluded beach and spacious deck. There is a loft with a queen sized bed and a sofa in the main area that turns into a double bed. There is a 3 piece bathroom in the back underneath the loft as well as a second small private room with enough space to set up a pack n' play.
