Centrally located in a historic building, the space boasts towering ceilings with impeccable decor and modern appliances. Guests have access to a gym and secure parking. Inner city living in a historic art deco building. Bedroom located upstairs on mezzanine level. Living area, kitchen and bathroom located downstairs. Bathroom with bath tub and shower. The apartment is situated on the 7th floor with views over the city and Lion's Head. Wifi included with Apple TV and Netflix. Guests also have access to a gym and a secure parking bay. We have aircon for the unit. Guests have access to the entire apartment. Guest's access the apartment block via a security concierge desk and access the apartment via the lift or stairs. We are on call for guest support. We handle all check-ins and check-outs. The apartment is in the historic centre of Cape Town and walking distance to notable attractions like the Company Gardens, museums, art galleries, and Greenmarket Square. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, or take a quick drive to beaches. The apartment is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. MyCiti bus route services the area. The stop is located outside the apartment building. The apartment is close to Cape Town central station and the MyCiti airport shuttle terminal. The "Hop-on Hop-off" sightseeing bus route is also located outside the apartment block. Uber is the most convenient way to get around. We recommend Uber at night. New guests need to identify themselves at the front desk with their passports. This is for safety and security. We are in a severe drought. Please use water sparingly. Due to the drought, water pressure may be low during certain periods.

Spacious Apartment in a Former Art Deco Cinema

Relax in a beautiful Art Deco building that was once home to the original Cape Town cinema. Have a long soak in the modern tub in a marble-tiled bathroom, or cook in the roomy, fully-equipped kitchen. This refurbished space is the ideal city respite. The building does also not experience load shedding which makes it perfect for working travellers. The apartment has two large en-suite bedrooms with an additional guest bathroom. The spaces is 144 squares and a beautiful open plan while the bedrooms are separated from each other to offer complete privacy. All the luxuries a travel could desire with a large flat screen TV, dishwasher and even a wine fridge. The entire apartment I am always available for my guests. I am happy to help with restaurant recommendations, things to do and see or assist with any problems they might experience. The apartment is close to grocery stores, a pharmacy, fantastic restaurants, and has 24/7 security. Bree Street is close for those who prefer the social scene and Kloof Street is nearby for fine dining. The apartment is very central. From the apartment is very easy to access all forms of public transport (bus, Uber, taxi) right outside the building door so a car is not needed. If guests prefer, they can rent a car and park in the building. The apartment has allocated parking. The airport is a 15minutes drive The city has many things to offer and guests can choose from day tours, spa activities, hiking, paragliding, drinking something at a wine bar or going to the beach. All of of these option are within a few minutes from the apartment.

This stand alone cottage on our private property is located in the Bishopscourt area of the Western Cape. The cottage is an open plan lounge,bedroom with two big verandas, a kitchenette and a large bathroom with a shower and bath that opens out to a very private balcony with sun loungers and an outside shower. With magnificent views of the mountain and terrains, one can fully unwind and relax in this more than spacious cottage. This private cottage will be all yours during your stay. There are multiple lounging areas inside and outside the cottage. Our long serving housekeeper, Maks, will be there to look after you and make sure you always have what you need.She cleans and does the washing daily except on a Sunday. Located within walking distance to many stunning hikes, walking routes, mountain biking, and cycling routes. There are many places nearby that you can rent bikes and there is ample storage at the house for bikes to be stored. There is ample and secure parking on our property for the vehicle you bring along for your stay. I am usually here and am very happy to help with advice at all times. This home is in a quiet residential area with beautiful houses and leafy streets. Close to the botanical gardens and near the city. Uber Available.Safe parking on the grounds of the property.
