A lovely, modern guesthouse in a recently renovated summerhouse on farmhouse Welgelegen. The lodge has a private entrance and private terras with an amazing look out. It has it's own kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and oven/microwave. The stairs bring you to the upper floor where you find a kingsize double bed and a walk in shower. The sofa in the living room is suitable for 2 persons. The lodge is situated next to a beautiful river and within a 15 minute walk you can catch a train to Amsterdam.

Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

We bought & created this lovely place and split it into two houses and the barn next to it as a tiny conference place. The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack.

The house is best of both worlds - it's a private summer house next to a small organic farm, but it's modern. Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends. Logeren in het voormalige achttiende-eeuwse zomerhuis van de Bouwerij op landgoed Ridderhofstad Gunterstein aan de Vecht in Breukelen. Het zomerhuisje staat op het erf van een kleinschalig biologisch melkveebedrijf, een boerderij met 70 hectare land grenzend aan de Loosdrechtse plassen, waar onze koeien, veelal oer-Hollandse blaarkoppen, grazen in een eeuwenoud parkachtig cultuurlandschap.
