The penthouse has a large terrace with a beautiful view over the mountain, the river and the UNESCO world heritage 'Stari most' - the old bridge. Within a few minutes walk, you will reach the core of the old town of Mostar. Kuća se nalazi podalje od prometnica i 180 m od mora. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

A two bedroom and two bathrooms apartment, on the second floor of our house. Fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi internet, tv, parking place and tourist fee are all included in the price. We are located in Gradac, small town in croatian south region Dalmatia. Gradac is best known for its 2km beach. The vicinity of Split, Makarska, Medjugorje, Mostar and Dubrovnik which are all big tourist attractions, then the river Neretva and the Baćina lakes provide a variety of actvities for your holiday.
