Welcome to our charming apartment, a warm and cozy retreat located in the old, most beautiful part of Vis – Kut. Surrounded by stone houses, quiet little streets, this is a place where you can truly slow down and enjoy the simple pleasures of island life. Everything you need is just a short walk away – the nearest beach is only 5 minutes from the apartment, while lovely restaurants, cafés, a grocery shop, ATM, and a rental agency (car, bike, scooter) are just 2 minutes away.

The house is just 3 minutes away from the port.The garden area has a surface of 50 m2.It's surrounded by greenery and many plants and flowers.The terrace has a big table where you can enjoy your day in the shade. Also there is a barbecue to use. The beach is just 5 minutes walking from the house. As well,the supermarkets and tourist agencies are very close to the house. We have our own parking place behind the house , if you have your own car. Free wi-fi is avaliable.

The Rudi Seaside Apartment

Our house is located near the sea and a pebble beach, and near the town center. The apartment has two rooms that are each equipped with 2 double beds. The apartment’s size is 75m2, it has one bathroom and one toilet. The apartment has a satellite TV, a washing machine, a refrigerator and air-conditioning. The apartment has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay, the city of Komiža and the open sea. Their is a public parking spot about 80m from the house.

This house is ideal for easy-going, responsible guests who don’t stress when things occasionally go differently than planned, cherish nature, care for water resources and enjoy simple living. BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE CAREFULLY READ DESCRIPTIONS ! Our bay has no road access. From the nearest parking area there is a 10 minute walk along a natural footpath (not suitable for bikes or heavy luggage). Everything here is slower and harder to fix than on the mainland.

Ima svoj mostić s kojeg možete skočiti i osvježiti se u kristalno plavom moru. Do kuće se može doći pješice kamenim putem, a udaljenost od parkinga je cca 500m. Prije rezervacije molimo provjerite odgovara li mjesto vašim očekivanjima.

Apartment is situated on the second floor of family house with a beautiful view to the sea and harbour. It is in quiet location. It is consists of two double bed rooms, kitchen with living room, bathroom and big terrace and parking place. Distance from the sea is 300 m, 100 from the market.

My stone house is over 250 years old. The house is located in the center of Vis town, on island Vis. It is a perfect example of the old traditional style, adapted to contemporary living conditions. As I am an artist, I have arranged and decorated myself this apartment and entire house.

It is a stone house with apartments situated on the sea front, close to the beaches and the town centre with some good restaurants, cafés and shops. We had a few complaints abt noise from outside, and we change all windows in house . It's okay now.
