Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή, 200 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία, με εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καφέ και καταστήματα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση περίπου 400 μέτρων, ενώ πολλές άλλες παραλίες βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια. Πολλες όμορφες παραλίες όπως το Κηπιάδη, ο Κήπος, Κακη Λαγκάδα , το Αλάτι βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.

The village has everything you need, shops, atm, and many small tavernas and bars located next to the sea. Villa Marina has all modern conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including a large outside seating area with barbecue to enjoy the sun and relax on the warm evenings.
