Ένα άνετο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο του Γαίου, με εκπληκτική θέα το λιμάνι και τα απέναντι νησάκια του Άγίου Νικολάου και της Παναγίας. Κάθε πρωί ο επισκέπτης απολαμβάνει την Ανατολή του ηλίου. Όλοι οι ταξιδιώτες θα έχουν εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ό,τι χρειαστούν σε αυτόν τον κεντρικό χώρο διαμονής (50 μέτρα από την πλατεία). Eίναι το τρίτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του N e ra d u house και περιβάλλεται από έναν υπεραιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

Fereniki's place is a lovely ground floor apartment situated in Gaios, the centre of Paxos; it welcomes couples, solo travellers, friends or families with or without pets from all over the world. It is located 500 meters from the centre of Gaios (about 8-10minutes uphill walk/ 1minute by car) & around 1,5 km from the main port (15-20minutes uphill walk/ 3minutes by car).
