You might arrive a little stressed & frazzled after a hectic week, but step inside the hut door & we promise you, you will instantly begin to relax & unwind. The Annexe is a cosy 1 bedroom residence, attached to our home with its own entrance and car parking space by your front door ! Set in the picturesque village of Litton, and the Peak District National Park. The Red Lion pub is a short stroll away, as is the community village shop. Tideswell 0.6 miles away has many eateries. Beautiful walks & cycling await you from your doorstep. Chatsworth House, Hadden and Thornbridge hall, Bakewell and Buxton are all within easy reach, as is the Monsal Trail.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape in the heart of the Peak District. This brand new well equipped Shepherds hut is nestled just outside the village of Cressbrook and boasts stunning views and sunsets over the Wye Valley. The location offers a perfect base for exploring the Peak District with a wide choice of walks or cycle routes from the door. Access to the Monsal Trail is just a 10 minutes walk away, and the villages of Litton and Tideswell are also easily accessible by foot.

Wonderful scenery and walks from the door, with popular towns of Buxton, Leek and Ashbourne all a few miles away by car.

Upside down stone Bothy on Marsden Moor

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

The Old Farm Office at Cronkshaw Fold Farm

Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. Relax in the hammock on the veranda, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the fire, cosy up in bed under the feather duvet lit with fairy lights. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

Boulder Field Cabin and Hot Tub

Nestled amongst the boulders in 5 acres at the top of Eagle Tor this beautifully hand crafted cabin is the ultimate romantic getaway. Relax and get back to nature in the gorgeous wood fired hot tub set on a boulder looking out across the valley, followed by an outdoor shower nestled amongst the rocks. In the cabin soak up the gorgeous 180 degree views from your cosy bed, not to mention the glass roof for star gazing! A covered outdoor kitchen/eating area and a firepit to toast marshmallows.

Goose Croft, tucked away in Edale

The setting of this cosy small detached cottage is beautiful and you feel quite secluded, yet the village of Edale is 1 minute walk away. From here you can enjoy the countryside by walking or biking, short or longer routes. A folder in the cottage has a selection of maps, which you are welcome to use and choose a route straight from the door. Delightful Studio House-superb location!

Our studio has been a complete labour of love and now we're finally ready to share this beautiful little spot. You can wake up and hike until your hearts content, take in the sights in town and end your day reclining on the sofa with a cosy pellet burner. We have ample parking, private entrance, walking distance (1.2miles) to town (bars & restaurants), bus stop to Buxton / Macclesfield. Wifi, Sky TV,Netflix. Non smoking. *We do not have a hob or oven* EV Charger (added cost). Sorry no pets.
