Κατά τη διάρκεια του καλοκαιριού απέναντι υπάρχει φούρνος και μίνι μάρκετ στο ισόγειο του κτιρίου. Η απόσταση από τη θάλασσα είναι 25 μέτρα. Ελεύθερα δημοτικά πάρκινγκ βρίσκονται σε 50 μέτρα.
