After years of renovation experience, we decided to transform our out house into a self contained annex which comfortably sleeps 2 guests in 1 double bed. We have designed this space using our interest in antique/bespoke furnishings. With each piece of furniture either loved back to life or handmade ourselves. The annex boasts a private En-suite bathroom with power shower, basin & toilet where in addition, basic toiletries are provided. Fresh bedding & towels will also be awaiting your arrival!

The cottage has 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room allowing us to sleep 6.

Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest. We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views.
