A secluded forest getaway Ever fancied getting away for a few days in a secluded forest house, but wanted a couple of mod-cons? You may have just found the place. Hidden away in a secluded clearing on the outskirts of the New Forest, it's home comfort with optional outdoor adventures. The property is split into 2 it has a main bungalow that has 4 bedrooms and -sleeps 9. Then there is a separate annex it has 1 bedroom and sofa beds in the lounge -sleeps 5. We then have 5 optional foldaway beds

Cosy comfort, hot-tub, wood burner, national park

Attached to the beautiful Shirley House, the Bolt Hole offers a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy the hot tub and take in the garden and paddock views. When it is chilly, draw the curtains and light the wood burner. Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 5 minutes' drive onto the open Forest. Bring your dogs & horse too! We have stables & a manege. Meet our donkeys, horse & birds and relax in the New Forest National Park.

The Perch, a touch of luxury in the New Forest

The Perch is situated in the center of Lyndhurst, considered by many to be ‘the heart of the New Forest’. With floor-to-ceiling windows you will have views across the rooftops to the open forest and up and down the bustling & busy High Street below. A 5min drive will take you to the historic market town of Ringwood. Go east and you’ll hit the beautiful New Forest National Park or head south to the sandy beaches of Bournemouth.

Our townhouse cottage 'Lilypad Cottage' is conveniently located near to the market place and high street of Ringwood. Close to River Avon & Bickerley Green, with access to walking and biking trails (locked storage for bikes available). Explore our charming town, its local shops, restaurants a stroll away, or perhaps take a short drive to the coast for a day at the beach or into the heart of the New Forest. The New Forest offers endless opportunities for adventure, relaxation, and exploration.

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Barn is a delightful studio barn conversion, situated next to our family home in the beautiful village of Burley, New Forest. The Barn features an open plan living, kitchen and sleeping area with a log burning stove, with its own private entrance and small outside area with space for a BBQ. It is a truly fantastic base for you to enjoy what the national park has to offer; including walking, bike riding, horse riding, or exploring the beaches of the south coast.

Beautiful studio with direct access to New Forest

Arden Studio is nestled in the grounds of my cottage - Arden Cottage. It is situated with direct access to the New Forest. With a separate bedroom offering a king size bed and a small open plan sitting room and kitchenette with a hob and microwave. it makes the perfect cosy retreat. The sofa can be converted into extra sleeping if required and extra bedding is provided. There is a a small private outdoor area to enjoy during the summer months. Dogs are welcome...
