The 50 sqm studio apartment with mountain and ocean view. The open space: fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, a pellet fireplace, very comfortable queen size bed with high quality cotton linen. Bathroom: a toilet, bidet, shower, bath tub and a sink. The small laundry is outside of the apartment. You have your own 40 sqm deck, we provide camping chairs and a small folding table. We have an inverter. Strictly registered guests allowed in the property. Max 2 people, no kids. No visiting guests.

Cape Point Mountain Getaway - Cottage

This is one of Cape Town's environmental and historic treasures. It is a candle-lit hideaway with stunning views of mountain and sea. The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.

Sea front splendor. Both rooms look out over the ocean with Cape Point in the distance. This is the perfect place to come and unwind and de-stress completely. There are also many activities to do in the area. There are many hiking, walking and mountain bike trails. The property has a kitchen with two fridges and gas hob. This modern luxury ground floor studio apartment is fully equipped and offers uninterrupted views of the ocean and the Rooiels rocky shore. Here you can unwind, watch the ocean and listen to the soothing sound of the waves rolling in against the rocks. The studio is within 100 metres of the Rooiels Nature Reserve where a short trail leads you to Otter Cove - a natural tidal pool amongst the rocks. The pristine, sandy main beach is also easily accessible via a 15min walk or 5min drive.

Fully equipped 2 bedroom ‘Out-of-Africa’ bungalow. Self-catering. Sleeps 4 adults in 2-single beds, 1-queen/double. Loft area w/ skylight views of ocean and a full-size couch. Spacious lounge/dining/kitchen area connects to verandah. Separate bath/shower/toilet. Overlooks RE Nature Reserve with magnificent, unobstructed sunset views of False Bay. 150m to sea. Seaside Sanctuary

Perfect home for re-connecting with friends and family, with a pool for the summer and fireplaces for the winter. The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples. Please note: not suitable for more than 6 adults. The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.
