Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Located in the heartland of the South West's premier wine growing region and bounded by renowned wineries, tourist attractions and majestic countryside, the stresses of every day living are left at the top of the driveway. Set on a picturesque 22 acre property the large classic four bedroom homestead has been delightfully renovated in keeping with that down south old world charm. The homestead rests amongst tall trees with a dam and creek-line nurturing native wildlife including kangaroos.

Located between town and the beach. A 3 bedroom courtyard house is nestled amongst grass trees, tea-tree and eucalypts. The bespoke design maximises northern light and thoughtfully offers views to the native bushland. Unique spaces and dark interiors connect you to the landscape in this contemporary home. Just off the iconic Caves Rd, only a 5 minute drive to Prevelly and less than 10 minutes to town, this property is an ideal location to connect with the landscape and explore the region.

Karri Nature Retreat

Our place is a rustic older style house close to natural bush land and lake walks among the tall Karri and Jarrah forests. It is also close (20 min drive) to local wineries and popular tourist attractions of the South West region. Our large comfortable house is nestled in peaceful forest setting with easy access to numerous bush walks and wildlife. A perfect place to spend time in the quiet soothing forest setting. Good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (dogs).

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.
