The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. The parking is not private it is public and free. The apartment is near bus station, and it is 10 minutes walk from the coast, 15-20 minites walk to the Old town. The wifi is great for digital nomads and video calls, 90mbps download, 5mbps upload, tv over 150 channels. There are a lot of mini markets and supermarkets near by.
