If Brussels was Paris, this place'd be 10 times more expensive. It's a Liberty style gem. It was a Jacques Brel's favourite. Try "half and half" here (half sparkling wine half white wine).

Kir royal - this is the place to be. Waiters dressed in old garbs - an essential visit when in Brussels.

A typical Brussels 'grand café', and one of Jacques Brell's favourites where you'll find old ladies as well as young trendy people drinking coffee or order the typical Brussels 'half en half' of cava and white wine, which was invented here.
