Set in the Courtyard of the historic Parkview building, this is a favorite of locals and visitors. It is a bit out of the way, so sometimes missed. Great breakfasts and strong coffee. Hint get there early for breakfast as they close at 11am. Limited seating inside in cold weather so another reason to be early.

Another short walk option from the Villas for coffee or breakfast. About 3 blocks towards the CBD is the Coffee House at Parkview.

Great courtyard to have breakfast and lunch but check for opening times just to be sure.
