Kelvingrove Bandstand & Amphitheatre Built in 1924 and recently restored to its former glory after years of neglect, this charming open-air venue is located in Kelvingrove Park, adjacent to the Glasgow University Campus and close to the renowned Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. The venue hosts a variety of concert and events throughout the year.

Not only is the park on the doorstep with all that happens in it but one of the oldest and yet newest music venue's in Glasgow has now been reopended in the park. Every summer a series of events and concerts are held and enjoyed by many at the bandstand. Of course The Hydro and SEC are also near by as is the Stand Comedy Club, Cotters Theatre, The Oran Mor and so much more.

This bandstand in the park was renovated a few years back , used for open air performances. The park is also lovely to walk round.
