This is a summer-only attraction in Glenelg as during the winter the Skyline Ferris Wheel is packed up and it goes into hibernation. It emerges around October each year as the Mix102.3 Giant Wheel, and stays in place until May, offering views over Glenelg, the beach, and the surrounding suburbs every day from 10am until 9:30pm.

Unfortunately this is not operating all year round...The rides are 12 minutes which they say is a long enough time for some impressive selfies. Find out dates on the MIX 102.3 Website :) Open 29th Oct to 8 May...but please check their website. Still pretty to look at when it's not working.

Running in Glenelg from Nov to May, this is a great attraction to visit in Moseley Sq. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket box below the Ferris Wheel. No need to prebook. Great at night time and even better if you can plan to coincide a ride at sunset.
