Fardagafoss waterfall is situated close to the main road to Seyðisfjörður about 5 km from Egilsstaðir, road 93 to Seyðisfjörður. The ascent from the parking area to the fall takes about half an hour. You can climb dawn to a little cave behind the waterfall and I'm sure you will enjoye it.

Beautiful hike with a view over Egilsstaðir and surrounding. Once you have reached the waterfall you have an option to do some light rock climbing to enter a big cave behind it. Spectacular view and experience. About a 30 minutes moderately steep hike from a parking place right next to the road to Seyðisfjörður, 6 km from Egilsstaðir.
